The safety of our visitors and canine friends is an utmost priority.

Please be assured that we are monitoring the fast-moving situation with Coronavirus COVID-19.

Following recent announcements from the UK Government concerning mass gatherings and social distancing, we are sorry to announce that DogFest South 2020 has been cancelled. For more information, see the Q+A below. 

We are still reviewing the advice on mass gatherings and social distancing for our events in June, which take place after the advised 8 weeks. We ask you to be patient at this time and we will update you as soon as we know more.

Why have you cancelled DogFest South 2020?

We are sorry to announce that DogFest South, Knebworth House on the 2nd & 3rd May 2020 has been cancelled due to the global spread of Coronavirus, COVID-19.

This decision is following advice from the Government, Public Health England on mass gatherings and social distancing in the upcoming 8 weeks.

We are disappointed that we cannot go ahead this year but the safety of our visitors, canine friends, sponsors and exhibitors is our utmost priority.

Why hasn’t DogFest South been postponed?

We are unable to postpone DogFest South for a number of reasons, however we are running a Big Dog Walk series in the autumn.

Sunday 13th September - Harewood House, Yorkshire

Sunday 20th September - Chatelherault Country Park, Glasgow

Sunday 27th September - Belvoir Castle, Lincolnshire

Sunday 4th October - Loseley Park, Surrey

Sunday 11th October - Hylands House, Essex

Sunday 18th October - Ragley Hall, Warwickshire

How do I get a refund on my DogFest South admission tickets?

You will be contacted by SEE Tickets (our ticket providers) via email, with the information regarding refunding your ticket to DogFest South. You will not need to do anything, this will automatically be sent out to you. You will then need to click the link provided and enter your order reference number to action your refund. 

Alternatively you can transfer your tickets to DogFest South 2021 which will be taking place at Knebworth House on 8 & 9 May! See below.

How do I transfer my ticket to DogFest 2021?

You will have been sent an email from SEE Tickets to confirm the cancellation of DogFest South 2020. Your tickets will automatically be transferred to DogFest 2021 if you do not fill out the refund form. 

DogFest South 2021 which will be taking place at Knebworth House on 8 & 9 May! 

You will be emailed with your new tickets upon the release of tickets to DogFest 2021.

When will I receive my ticket refund?

As you are aware, this is a busy period for the events industry and we are unable to confirm when you will receive your refund. Please know that we are working hard with SEE Tickets to get this over to you as soon as possible.

It’s been a week and I still haven’t received an email about my ticket refund.

Please allow 7 days before contacting us if you have not received an email regarding a refund. Please check your spam/junk folders as the email may have dropped in these folders. If you have still not received an email, please contact [email protected] with the full name you ordered tickets with, the date you booked tickets for and your order reference number (if received).

Experience a virtual DogFest with DogFest Life!

Please keep an eye on our social channels as we will be launching workshops, classes, and some positive distraction for you and your pups over the coming weeks. We’ll be doing our best to bring you a virtual DogFest to keep you and your pup entertained in this uncertain time.

I’m disappointed I’ll be missing out on DogFest this year, do you run any similar events?

You can join us at the Big Dog Walk festival-taking place this autumn, in six locations across the UK.

The Big Dog Walk, is so much more than an walk, once you have taken part in a 2k, 5k or 10k walk featuring puppy pit stops to keep you refreshed, you can head back to the event village and try out some have-a-go activities you will have missed at DogFest!

What if I won tickets to DogFest?

If you won tickets to DogFest 2020 through a competition or giveaway, and have redeemed your tickets already, you will not need to do anything. Your tickets will automatically transfer to DogFest 2021. 

If you won tickets to DogFest 2020 through a competition or giveaway, and have not redeemed your tickets; please forward evidence of your winnings to [email protected] and we will note down your full name and email address, to be sent tickets when we release tickets for DogFest 2021.

We are unable to transfer your tickets without evidence of you receiving them.
