Venue Access Information

Due to the nature, layout and venue of this event, it is not advertised as being easily accessible. The terrain can be uneven on grass and is not completely flat. We strongly recommend that an able-bodied carer or personal assistant accompany those who require assistance.

Are carer/personal assistant tickets available?

DogFest will provide free entry to any individual who is accompanying our visitors with access needs. If someone is acting as your carer or personal assistant on the day of your visit they will be entitled to enter the show at no additional cost. Please bring along proof of disability on the day (i.e. a photocopy of blue badge or DLA letter).

Can I bring my own mobility scooter or wheelchair?

Visitors are welcome to bring their own mobility equipment to the show. We ask that you set the speed of any mobility equipment to no more than walking pace and that due to the large number of people attending you take extra care.

Will I have accessible toilet facilities available?

Toilet facilities will be available throughout the show area. We have several facilities available for people with access requirements. Disabled toilet facilities will be located throughout the venue. Please refer to the map for clarification or speak to any member of our team whilst you are visiting the event.

Can I bring an assistance or support dog to the event?

All dogs are welcome at DogFest. Please read our animal welfare guidelines to decide if it is the right event for your dog.

Is seating available?

We have a number of seating areas located around the site, please refer to the show map for details of the seating areas.
