Tatton Park is signposted from Junction 7 of the M56 and Junction 19 of the M6. The entrance to the park is approximately half a mile from Knutsford Railway Station. It is recommended that post code WA16 6SG is used for Sat Nav systems.

Knutsford Railway Station is situated half a mile from the Knutsford Entrance to Tatton Park. It is a further two mile walk down the estate drive to the Mansion and Stableyard area where the Garden entrance is located along with Tatton’s speciality shops and Stables Restaurant.
Travelling to DogFest by car on Sunday 26 September
If you’re travelling to DogFest by car this Sunday, please plan your journey in advance. There are a number of planned full closures on the road network, which are connected to the National Highways M6 junction 19 Improvement scheme.
M56 junction 7 westbound exit
There is a planned closure of the M56 junction 7 westbound exit slip road this weekend. This closure will be removed between 08.30 and 13.00 on Sunday, to enable visitors travelling to DogFest to use the A556 and A5034.
M6 junction 19 roundabout
The M6 junction 19 roundabout will be closed all day on Sunday for essential resurfacing work. There will be no access to, from or across the M6 motorway at this junction. If you’re travelling north on the M6, you should continue to junction 20, Lymm, and join the A50 towards Tatton Park.
A556 between J19 roundabout and Bucklow Hill
There will be an all-day closure in place on the A556 on Sunday. It will be closed northbound from M6 junction 19, and southbound from Bucklow Hill. On leaving the event, you will be able to use the A556 north to join the M56 motorway at junction 7. To join the M6, you should use the A50 through High Legh to reach the M6 at junction 20.
